Every production contract follows a transparent seven-step milestone tracking workflow: Milestone 1: Deposit receipt and contract countersigning (Day 0); Milestone 2: Technical DFM review and golden sample dispatch (Days 1–5); Milestone 3: Client sample sign-off and raw material batch verification (Day 6); Milestone 4: Mass production injection / foaming run with weekly photo/video progress reporting (Days 7–18); Milestone 5: Pre-shipment AQL 1.0/2.5 inspection and client sign-off (Day 19); Milestone 6: Container stuffing and customs declaration at Ningbo/Shenzhen/Shantou (Days 20–22); Milestone 7: Ocean freight transit tracking and document surrender upon balance payment (Days 23+).
Ocean Freight Container Stuffing & CBM Optimization
Our logistics department utilizes advanced 3D container loading simulation software to optimize volumetric efficiency. Standard stuffing capacities achieved: 20GP container: 28 CBM (approx. 18,000 to 24,000 standard boxed squishies); 40GP container: 58 CBM (approx. 38,000 to 48,000 units); 40HQ container: 68 CBM (approx. 45,000 to 58,000 units). All cartons are palletized using heat-treated ISPM 15 compliant wooden/plastic pallets upon request.
